Join us for our annual Turkey Trot taking place Thanksgiving morning at the Tate Pumphouse. This fun and festive event is a wonderful way to kick off your holiday celebrations while supporting our community. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to benefit local food pantries and help ensure that families in need have a happy and fulfilling holiday season. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Thanksgiving morning – please arrive early to allow time for registration. Day-of registration will take place from 8:00-8:40 AM, with the race beginning promptly at 9:00 AM.
• Location: The race will start at the Tate Pumphouse, a scenic and accessible location perfect for a fun, family-friendly event.

Registration:

• Online Registration is open now and will close at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
• Day of Registration: Will be available from 8:00-8:40 AM on race day. Please note: we cannot accept card payments on the day of the event, so be sure to bring cash or check if registering in person.
• To make registration as smooth as possible, please arrive closer to 8:00 AM so that we can get everyone checked in and start the race on time.

Event Information:

This event is open to participants of all abilities, whether you’re walking, running, or participating as a para-athlete. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the event, so we encourage all skill levels and paces to join. Stroller and dogs are welcome at the event, but we ask that participants running or walking with either please position themselves towards the back of the pack for safety reasons.

Why Participate?

Not only is Casper Wyomings Annual Turkey Trot a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the great outdoors, but it’s also an excellent opportunity to give back to the community. Your food donations will go directly to local food pantries, helping families who may be struggling to put food on the table during the holidays.
